What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework rooted in instinct, emotion, and rational thought. The process is centered around building trust with your body by listening and responding to the signals it sends. Most excitingly, it works to remove guilt and shame associated with eating in order to cultivate a peaceful relationship with food.

Improved Mental Health
Intuitive Eating is associated with improved body image, self esteem, and emotional coping skills. It is also associated with decreased anxiety and depression symptoms.

Improved Physical Wellbeing
Intuitive eating is associated with greater food variety including increased fruit and vegetable intake. It is also linked to improved metabolic markers.

Decreased Disordered Eating
Intuitive Eating is associated with decreased binge eating, intentional restriction, constant food thoughts, loss of control around food, and guilt from eating.

Decreased Weight Cycling
Intuitive Eating is associated with maintaining a stable weight over time. Regardless of weight or size, stability is associated with longevity. A cycle of weight loss and weight regain has proven to be harmful.

Continued Education courses are short modules, typically ranging from 2 to 4 weeks each.

We offer multiple Continued Education courses throughout the year, allowing you to choose the ones that align with your goals and interests.

The Continued Education program is available with Solo, allowing individual learners to pick and choose courses, ensuring flexibility.
