Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework rooted in instinct, emotion, and rational thought. The process is centered around learning to trust your body’s signals while discovering the satisfaction of eating. It is a journey of self discovery that can help you heal your relationship with food, movement, and your body.

IE is associated with decreased triglycerides and improved blood sugar control. IE is also associated with greater food variety, more fruit and vegetable intake, and a more active lifestyle.

IE has shown significantly decreased disordered eating patterns including binge eating, intentional restriction, constant food thoughts, loss of control around food, weight/body preoccupation, and obsessive exercise.

Continued Education courses are short modules, typically ranging from 2 to 4 weeks each.

We offer multiple Continued Education courses throughout the year, allowing you to choose the ones that align with your goals and interests.

The Continued Education program is available with Solo, allowing individual learners to pick and choose courses, ensuring flexibility.
